How long does it take to receive a confirmation after submitting my request?

A member of our team will contact you via WhatsApp within 24 o 48 hours to confirm availability and coordinate your deposit payment. We recommend keeping your WhatsApp active and notifications on so we can reach you quickly.
Can I bring outside decorations or an external cake?

Only centerpieces and balloons are allowed. Confetti, sparklers, backdrops, and arch balloons are not permitted. If you'd like a custom cake, you can request it as an add-on directly in your reservation form and our team will reach out to coordinate the details.
What does the deposit cover and is it refundable?

A deposit of 25% of the estimated total is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit is applied toward your event's final balance. Refund conditions are coordinated directly with our team at the time of confirmation.
How far in advance do I need to book my event?

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and special dates like Mother's Day, Christmas, or graduation season. The earlier you book, the more time slot options will be available to you.
How many people do I need to book a private event at Keik?

Our event packages are designed for groups of 10 or more guests. If your celebration is smaller, we recommend making a regular table reservation by contacting your preferred location directly.

We do accept reservations at KEIK, but availability and policies vary by location. Reservations are always subject to each restaurant’s capacity, and weekend bookings may have additional restrictions, so we recommend checking your preferred restaurant on our Locations page or contacting the store directly before you visit.

Our all‑day menu is available from open to close at every KEIK location, so you can enjoy breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner any time we are open in Doral, Kendall and Pembroke Pines.
