Wilfredo Ulacio was born and raised in Venezuela, where his passion for baking began in childhood. After moving to the United States in 2015, he worked in Miami kitchens producing desserts for other restaurants before co-founding Keik in March 2020. As CEO, Wilfredo leads Keik's culinary direction, menu development and the brand's signature pink concept. He has been featured in Business Insider and Miami New Times for his work shaping Keik's menu.
Alejandra Romero moved from Venezuela to the United States in 2015 to pursue her entrepreneurial ambitions. She met Wilfredo while working in a Miami kitchen producing desserts for local restaurants, and together they turned that friendship into Keik. As Co-Founder and CMO, Alejandra leads Keik's business strategy, brand marketing and day-to-day operations, which have taken Keik from a single Brickell storefront to three South Florida locations.
Pedro Torres serves as Chief Operating Officer of Keik Restaurant, where he oversees day-to-day operations across all locations — staffing, vendor relationships, inventory, cost controls and service standards. He brings more than twelve years of multi-unit hospitality leadership across the United States and Venezuela, and leads the team behind every new Keik location, from build-out and training to opening day.
Carla Villalobos serves as Chief Financial Officer of Keik Restaurant, where she oversees the company's finances, budgeting and financial reporting across all locations. She holds a Master's degree from Universidad del Zulia and has led Keik's financial operations since 2020, building the organized financial foundation behind the brand's growth from a single Brickell storefront to three South Florida locations.
